Free Returns
The gamut of products carried by US Garage door carries full manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own warranty. The details are specified with each item in its description.
We offer free returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase – no questions asked. Defective items will be exchanged within the duration specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Please contact our customer care before asking for refunds and we will issue you an authorization number along with the information about your return shipment. US Garage Door will not accept, nor will we be held responsible for, any returned items shipped without an assigned return number written visibly on the outside of the package.
NOTE - Circuit boards and logic receiver boards are NON REFUNDABLE.
